Owners: Bill and Nancy Ripley - Both are originally from a small town outside of Atlantic City, New Jersey. They have been married over 31 years and have 2 children, Corinne & Chris, 1 lovely grandchild, and another grandchild due in September. In addition to owning Horizon Pacific, both still work at Island Realty on the Isle of Palms in South Carolina. Patricia Calvo - Patricia manages all accounting for Horizon Pacific. Patricia has been with Bill and Nancy from the start. She is originally from the neighboring town Santa Rosa. Patricia is a huge fan of American Sports. Her favorite sport is typically dictated by which league has the cutest players. Favorite Beach: San Pedrillo in Corcovado National Park |

Reservations & Bookings: Kattia Castillo - Kattia wears many hats for Horizon Pacific however her main responsibility is the management of all the reservations. Kattia is originally from Nicoya. Like Patricia she's been with Bill and Nancy from the beginning. On her days off she likes to spend time with her son. Favorite Beaches: Carrillo & Puerto Viejo |

Housekeeping, Maintenance, & Concierge Services: Anna Luisa Gutierrez - Also one of the original members of the team. Anna is responsible for managing the maintenance and housekeeping staff. If you need to book an activity Anna will help you, as she is also responsible for all of Horizon Pacific's concierge services. Before Horizon Pacific, Anna worked with Century 21, Witches Rock Surf Camp, and Tamarindo News. She enjoys spending her time off with her daughter. Favorite Beach: Tamarindo |

Customer Service: Daniela Calvo - The younger sister of Patricia, Daniela is responsible for all customer service requests related to reservations and property management. Before Horizon Pacific, Daniela worked as teacher at a private school, Atlantic Cottage. Daniela enjoys listening to music, watching movies and TV in her down time. Favorite Beach: Carrillo |

Customer Service & Accounting: Fiorella Matarrita - Fiorella helps assist with billing, accounting, and customer service. Fiorella is originally from La Haus. Before Horizon Pacific, she was in school in Heredia. She enjoys playing tennis with Patricia on her time off. Favorite Beach: Tamarindo |
