Horizon Pacific Management and Rentals is a reflection of our owners’ love for the ocean. Bill and Nancy Ripley, hail from Mays Landing, New Jersey in the USA. They grew up in a world of waterskiing, barefooting, sailing, and surfing, shaping their deep connection to the water. Never going far from the salty air, they moved with their two children to the beautiful resort town of Isle of Palms, South Carolina.
It was on the Isle of Palms where Bill embarked on his Real Estate and Property Management career in the 1990s, learning the industry and establishing himself as a trustworthy professional known for his unwavering work ethic and commitment to clients. In 2008, they acquired Horizon Pacific and have since nurtured the company with the same values that have defined their success.
In 2011, Bill and Nancy took a leap of faith and relocated to Costa Rica, captivated by the breathtaking landscapes, vibrant culture, and warm friendships they formed. It was a decision driven by a profound love for the area and a desire to share its riches with others.

Owners
Nancy and Bill moved to Tamarindo from Isle of Palms, South Carolina. They have been married for 35 years with two children, Corinne and Christopher and four amazing grand children.
Favorite Pastime: Surfing, bike riding and visiting different beaches.
General Manager
Patricia manages all accounting for Horizon Pacific. Patricia has been with Bill and Nancy from the start. She is originally from the neighboring town Santa Rosa. Patricia is a huge fan of American Sports. Her favorite sport is typically dictated by which league has the cutest players.
Favorite Beach: San Pedrillo in Corcovado National Park.
Marketing
Corinne, daughter of Bill and Nancy, lives in North Carolina with her husband and three children. She enjoys all sorts of art, from ceramics and photography to graphic design. She finds beauty in nature and takes joy in connecting people worldwide with the captivating beauty and vibrant culture of Costa Rica.
Favorite Pastime: Camping by a river with her family.
digital Marketing director
She is our digital and media marketer. She has worked in tourism and hospitality for more than 20 years. She is originally from San José but, now she lives in the center heart of Tamarindo with her husband, her son and her little dog.
Favorite Pastime: Sewing.
Manager Assistant & Bookeeper
Ericka has worked for Horizon for the last 14 years as Assistant Manager. She has a bachelor degree in Ecological tourism and masters in Business administration. Erika has 25 years of experience working in tourism.
Favorite Pastime: Reading

He is the newest member of our team. He is our administrative and management assistant. He was born in Cartagena and has been living there his whole life.

Reservations agent & concierge
Kattia wears many hats for Horizon Pacific however her main responsibility is the management of all the reservations. Kattia is originally from Nicoya. Like Patricia she’s been with Bill and Nancy from the beginning. On her days off she likes to spend time with her son.
Favorite Beaches: Carrillo & Puerto Viejo
Reservations agent & concierge
The younger sister of Patricia, Daniela is responsible for all customer service requests related to reservations and property management. Before Horizon Pacific, Daniela worked as teacher at a private school, Atlantic Cottage. Daniela enjoys listening to music, watching movies and TV in her down time.

Head of Housekeeping
Lester works for Horizon Pacific as head of Housekeeping. He has worked in Hospitality Industry for 15 years. Lester is from Nicaragua and now lives in Villa Real.
Favorite Beaches:Malpaís and Conchal.

Roiner has been working for Horizon as head of Grounds and maintenance for the last four years. He lives in Linderos. Before working for Horizon Pacific, Roiner worked in the United States doing construction.

She is the assistant of Lester of Head of Housekeeping. She has been working for Horizon Pacific for the last four years. She is mother of three and she lives in 27 de Abril.

They are the super-powered girls who meticulously handle every detail in the cleaning of our properties, ensuring that everything is perfect and organized for the arrival of our clients. They are a vital component of Horizon Pacific.
